OMG – we’re already at Harrison’s 11 Month Baby Photos!
He was a rowdy one while we shot his 11 month baby photos. Our little man only has less than a month left of officially being a “baby”. I cannot believe it! This year has flown by like nothing else.
The following images show a rambunctious little guy who was trying to crawl away from us and up on everything the entire time, which made for some pretty cute photos. One of my most favorite outfits I have ever purchased from Carter’s on sale! I’ll even link to it I like it so much. And us, mommy and daddy, who just love him to pieces.
He crawls super fast and is constantly climbing all over us. He wants to pull up on anything he can and is so interested in everything he sees.
Observant is still a word I use to describe this little guy. Any new place we go, he is happy just to be able to look around and study everything. When someone new walks by he wants to know who they are and what they are doing. It’s interesting to watch.
His sunny disposition amazes me. He is almost always happy. From what I’ve seen he is one of the happier babies in his class, he looks around when they are all crying as if to say, “what’s wrong with you guys? Let’s play!” I don’t know where he got it from but I am so happy he has it and I hope it sticks!
This was cute. In the photo below I was looking at him from behind the camera and he kept leaning forward trying to play peek-a-boo.
I feel like we never used to smile so much and laugh the way that he makes us. I always heard kids bring you joy, but didn’t think it would be so much!
My husband had surgery recently and was forbidden to lift more than 10lbs for 6 weeks! (seriously, is there anything in the house that weighs less than 10lbs?!, the answer is no, lol)
So poor Harrison couldn’t be picked up by daddy for way too long. This was the first time in 6 weeks!
We keep thinking he has a few words he is almost saying but not quite getting there yet. Often he sounds like he says things like bath, bottle, Rigby, cat, mama, daddy, book. But we’re not officially counting it until it’s 100% clear 🙂
Food has always been a big hit with Harrison, but now that he can feed himself I feel like he never wants to stop! He is definitely addicted to puffs. Most things I put in front of him he will feed himself, and I’m glad because it took a while to get there. We got him so used to us feeding him that he didn’t take to feeding himself as quickly as we thought he would, but then one day he just got it and hasn’t looked back!
That first one below kills me! Such an adorable little squirt!!
Things he currently loves: His fox is still his favorite thing, petting the cats, especially Rigby. Playing his xylophone. Banging on anything he can, and with anything he can. He always bangs together toys. Music is one of his favorite things, which is great.
He likes to be outside, finally enjoys splashing on water tables. Loves splashing in the bath. Reading Books. Trying to stand up.
Getting undressed always makes him laugh, as soon as you pull the shirt off of his head he squeals in excitement and starts clapping.
Snuggles with mommy and playtime with daddy – or both of us. He loves human interaction, although he is also a good independent player.
And now the countdown to one year is on!
